Community Mental Health Nurse — Integrated Care Team

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a confident Community Mental Health Nurse to work in the Skye and Lochalsh area within the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team. You will operate within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team, sharing your skills with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

You will carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews, and act as a caseload holder for patients in Wester Ross.
