Leaving Care Social Worker – Frontline, Hybrid

Hoop Social Work is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council’s Leaving Care Team. The role is 6 months, full-time with hybrid working (Aberdare and Pontypridd). You will support care-experienced young people aged 14–18 on safeguarding and CASP matters.

Applicants must be a registered Social Worker in the UK with current registration, an Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply, and 3 years’ reference history. Sponsorship is not available.
