Employee Relations Coordinator – Case Management & Guidance

Altrad are seeking an organised and proactive ER Coordinator to support the effective management of Employee Relations activities across the MEH Programme.

This role is based in Bridgwater and will support the ER Manager with day-to-day coordination and administration of employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers and supervisors and ensuring cases are managed consistently, confidentially and in line with the HPC Common Framework Agreement.
