Learning Support Assistant: Inspire Student Progress

Gosforth Group is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join the Academy’s Learning Support department to help students access the curriculum and achieve their best. The role supports learners with a range of needs, assists with behaviour and attendance, and contributes to a positive, inclusive classroom culture across Key Stages 3–4.

You will work alongside staff to monitor progress, adapt activities, maintain accurate records, and support safeguarding and welfare as part of a motivated team
