Customer Service Advisor

About the role

£12.71 per hour (40 – 42 hours) Monday – Friday

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join a small, supportive team. You will answer telephone calls, respond to customer queries and process orders accurately while working closely with colleagues to deliver a reliable service. This is a B2B customer service role working with transport providers and other teams to check stock, check pricing enquiries and resolve delivery issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Computer literacy
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Excel experience is desirable
• No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided
