Commercial Data & Cost Coordinator (14-Month Contract)

Peabody is seeking a Commercial Assistant to help keep repairs data accurate, costed, and within budget. You’ll validate invoices, review SOR codes, and support commercial reporting across a collaborative team. This role contributes to delivering high‑quality, cost‑efficient repairs for residents.

You’ll work with contractors, planners and commercial colleagues, maintaining records and assisting with audits while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
