Homeowner Service Coordinator – Housing Defects & Support

Fawkes & Reece Group in Peterborough is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver excellent service and maintain a 5* customer satisfaction rating. You will act as the main contact for homeowners and work within the existing customer service team.
