South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA) is seeking a dedicated operator to monitor the trunk road and motorway network and tunnels around the clock. You will disseminate information to keep journeys safer and more reliable, managing incidents to minimise congestion and secondary incidents.
The role supports police and other agencies, represents the Welsh Government professionally, and collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve common goals.
