Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – Behaviour & SEMH

Teaching Personnel is seeking an Experienced Teaching Assistant specializing in SEN and Alternative Provision. You will support pupils with complex needs on 1:1 or small groups, apply behaviour management strategies, and help create a calm, supportive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven TA experience in SEN or AP, strong de-escalation skills, and resilience. The role offers long-term placements with potential permanent options, ongoing CPD, and specialist training.
