Guest Service Specialist – Ground Floor (Hotel)

Whitbread’s Monmouth Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent basis. The role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, serving breakfast or dinner, and keeping public areas neat.

You’ll work 9 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, at up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience required; friendly people with calm under pressure will thrive.
