Catering Assistant – Therapeutic Diets & IDDSI

NHS Scotland is seeking a Catering Assistant based at University Hospital Ayr. This permanent post is open to internal staff of NHS Ayrshire & Arran and requires 13.45 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

You will support the Catering Production and Services Team with food preparation, meal service, distribution, wash-up duties and cleaning for patients, staff, visitors and hospitality events, with a focus on therapeutic diets under IDDSI guidance.
