Teaching Personnel is partnering with a vibrant Primary SEN School in Crawley to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. You will support lessons for Early Years to Year 6 pupils with autism, SLD and mobility needs, helping to make learning engaging and accessible.
The role requires physical fitness to cope with active pupils, a creative and resilient approach, and a commitment to safeguarding. You’ll work 8:30–15:45, Monday to Friday, with temp-to-perm prospects after probation.
