Dual-Site Head Chef for Paignton Hotels

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Multi-site Head Chef to lead the kitchens across the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton. You will drive two dining concepts and work with hotel leadership to deliver outstanding food and guest experiences.

Located on Paignton seafront, the two hotels offer vibrant dining, events, and a busy, high-volume service. You will lead the kitchens, mentor the team and develop menus while maintaining excellent standards.
