YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart ofManchester, serving street food inspired dishes that change with the trends.We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who loves great food, busy nightsand leading a team.
This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be in the thickof it — running the kitchen, keeping standards high, leading your team andmaking sure the food is as good as the atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Hasexperience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or similar
- Isconfident leading a team in a busy kitchen
- Bringsenergy, personality and a genuinely hands-on approach
- Hasexperience with Pizza and handling dough
- Caresabout great food and wants to put their own stamp on the menu
- Cankeep things running smoothly when the venue is packed
