Year 5 Class Teacher – KS2 Impact & Progress

Teach Plus Limited is seeking a Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Slough from November 2026. This full-time role focuses on delivering a high-quality KS2 curriculum and supporting pupils as they prepare for Year 6.

The successful candidate will plan engaging lessons, differentiate for varied abilities and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that raises attainment and nurtures pupil wellbeing.
