Job Description:
Aspire People are recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary schools and specialist provisions. The role focuses on autism, complex needs and communication challenges, with patient and consistent support to individual children.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, help pupils access learning, support social development and monitor progress in close collaboration with teachers and SENCOs.
