Cover Supervisor

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, organised individual who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of teaching staff
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging high expectations
• Collaborating with teaching staff and the wider school team to ensure continuity of learning

• Is passionate about working with young people
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can manage a classroom effectively and confidently
• Is flexible, reliable, and professional
• Is keen to develop their skills and potentially explore a route into teaching
