PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANTS – ASHFORD DESIGNER OUTLET

Location: Ashford Designer Outlet

Contract: Permanent, 16 or 24 hours per week

Salary: £12.90 per hour + bonus and commission

We are currently recruiting for two Part-Time Sales Assistants to join an established premium fashion brand at Ashford Designer Outlet.

This is an exciting opportunity for confident, engaging and commercially driven individuals who are passionate about fashion and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering a personalised and memorable customer experience
• Building strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Supporting the achievement of individual and store sales targets
• Developing strong product knowledge and confidently advising customers
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and brand standards
• Working collaboratively within a supportive store team

The ideal candidates:

• Previous experience within premium, luxury or high-street retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware and confident working towards KPIs
• Proactive, reliable and customer-focused
