Regional IT Support Manager — Hands-on Leader (London)

Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking a regional IT Support Manager to lead and develop the IT support and service delivery team across offices. The role is hands-on and regional, covering Windows, Mac and Linux, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, Slack and Confluence.

You will coach seven direct reports, set service quality and ticket ownership standards, and act as a senior hands-on leader for regional sites. The contract is 12 months inside IR35 with a £300 daily rate, five days on site in London.
