Strategic Employee Relations Lead – Change & Compliance

FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Edinburgh or London. You will partner with senior leaders to design workforce consultation strategies, navigate organisational change, and ensure compliant, commercially aligned employee relations across a global business.
