As the first Enterprise AM, you will take ownership of customers already landing and helping turn early wins into much bigger enterprise relationships.

Snapshot of the role:

• Own and grow enterprise accounts, with a real focus on expansion and net revenue retention




• Take customers from initial POC through to wider adoption across the business




• Multi-thread across complex accounts, working with senior and technical stakeholders




• Identify new use cases and commercial opportunities within existing customers




• Work closely with the founders and founding GTM team on some of the company’s most important accounts




• Help shape the AM playbook as the business moves towards its next stage of growth

What we are looking for:

• 3–5+ years in Account Management / Customer Success with genuine commercial ownership




• Experience working in an early-stage SaaS business where you’ve had to build, adapt and operate without an established playbook




• Strong exposure to AI, automation or highly technical SaaS products




• A proven track record of expanding and growing B2B SaaS accounts




• Strong executive presence and comfortable running strategic conversations with senior stakeholders




• Commercial, proactive and comfortable identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
