Senior Clinical Lead — 24/7 Palliative Care

Antal International seeks an experienced Clinical Lead to oversee a 24/7 palliative and end-of-life care service. You will provide clinical leadership, drive quality and ensure safe, evidence-based patient care across the team.

With strong governance, change management, and partnerships with health and social care providers, you will deputise for the Director of Nursing and contribute to strategic development and staff development.
