Senior Category Leader – RGM & Growth (FMCG)

The Advocate Group in the UK is seeking a Head of Category for a fast-moving consumer goods business. This senior role leads the Category function and influences commercial strategy, RGM and customer planning across the UK business.

As Head of Category you will lead and develop the UK Category team, shape category strategy using market, shopper and customer insight, and drive RGM, pricing, promotion and assortment initiatives alongside Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.
