Senior Enterprise Account Director – Growth & Retention

SmartSearch is seeking a Senior Account Director to own strategic relationships and revenue for a portfolio of direct partner clients. You’ll manage enterprise-level accounts with renewal risk, expansion potential, and a focus on GRR and NRR.

You will lead pricing, contract negotiations, and senior executive reviews, with support from Customer Success but full ownership of portfolio performance. The role requires strong stakeholder management in a fast-growing tech company.
