Leading International Law Firm in London seeks an Associate to join its Real Estate Finance group. The role sits in a dedicated sub-team and focuses on the property aspects of real estate financing transactions, working with banks, lenders and other property clients.
You will advise lenders on property due diligence, conditions precedent, completion mechanics and lender consents, while collaborating with insolvency and restructuring colleagues on distressed property matters.
