Location: Potters Bar or Romford
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package
Our client, a well-established and growing multi-disciplinary construction company, is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Director to join their senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Company Owner, this is a key appointment that will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, improving business processes, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who has a proven track record of leading large operational teams and delivering cladding remediation and/or social housing projects.
The Role
- Providing leadership across construction operations.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Company Owner.
- Implementing new processes, systems and operational improvements.
- Overseeing project delivery, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
- Leading, developing and mentoring operational teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Supporting business growth and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
To Be Considered, You Will Have
- Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role.
Essential Experience Delivering Cladding Remediation And/or Social Housing Projects.
- Strong operational management experience across multiple live projects.
- A track record of implementing processes and systems that improve business performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational excellence with business objectives.
