Area Clinical Lead (Scotland) – Lead Dental Care & Quality

Bupa UK in Scotland seeks an Area Clinical Lead to provide proactive clinical leadership across Scotland. You will work with operational and clinical teams to drive performance and ensure high-quality patient care while dedicating time to leadership activity alongside your clinical practice.

The role requires regular travel within the defined geography and a commitment to 2 days per week as a leader, plus at least 1 day per week in one of our Scottish Practices.
