Financial Controller: Scale Finance Team | Hybrid 50%+ Bonus

Mondrian Alpha is partnering with a growing Private Equity firm seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to oversee the finance function and scale operations. This hands-on role reports to the Head of Finance, manages a junior accountant, and drives the month-end close and intercompany processes across entities.

You will own journals, accruals, and intercompany eliminations, deliver monthly packs with insightful commentary, and coordinate with auditors for statutory accounts.
