Talentedge is seeking a Finance Lead for a VC-backed marketplace startup to build the finance function from the ground up and guide strategic financial decisions. You will report to the founder and own monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting while developing models for fundraising and growth.
This hands-on role involves partnering with founders and investors, improving processes, and shaping long-term strategy as the business scales. Hybrid work with one day per week in London.
