Senior Financial Accounting Manager – Not-for-Profit Hybrid

EA First working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in Birmingham seeks a Financial Accounting Manager to lead statutory reporting, year-end processes and the annual audit. You will manage the finance team, oversee VAT and controls, and drive improvements across fixed assets, treasury and general ledger.

The role requires full professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience, and experience in practice or large organisations is highly valued.
