EMEA Growth Marketing Lead — PLG & Revenue

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing leader to own the EMEA funnel from traffic to subscription. You’ll champion PLG, optimize self-serve activation, and work with marketing and product teams to drive regional growth across Germany, UK, France, Italy and Nordics.

You’ll build experiments, create localized campaigns, and report on funnel performance with a data-driven approach. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on revenue-driven metrics.
