Citrus Production Lead (Mon-Fri) – Lean KPI Ops

AMFRESH Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Citrus production at Alconbury. You will manage two shifts, drive performance and development of Shift Managers, while safeguarding quality, safety and efficiency.

You will own production KPIs, control costs and waste, and apply LEAN methods to improve processes. A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills will thrive in this growing global fresh produce business.
