Global Employee Relations HR Partner

Fifty5Blue is seeking an HR Business Partner with strong Employee Relations experience to support the UK, Ireland, Europe and APAC regions. The role balances operational ER activities with policy development, manager guidance and HR processes, escalating high-risk cases to HR Directors as needed.

You will partner with HR Directors, manage complex ER cases, support policy updates, and drive engagement and diversity initiatives across regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
