Strategic Global HR Business Partner (London)

Sompo is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to the Risk & Operations and IT functions from our London office. The role partners leaders across the full employment lifecycle and drives engagement, inclusion and governance in a global matrix.

With 3+ years in HRBP and a 2:1 degree, you will navigate cross-border teams, design organizational change, and coach leaders while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with COE teams.
