Senior Design Engineer, Gas Turbine – Mentoring & Lead

EMBS Talent Group seeks a Senior Design Engineer to join the gas turbine design team in the East Midlands. You will lead complex designs, guide junior engineers and ensure components meet ISO/ASME standards, with direct liaison to customers and manufacturing partners.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on design work, DFMEA, and time/resource estimation. UK travel to workshops and customer sites is expected; a mechanical or aerospace degree and 5–10 years’ experience are essential.
