  • Manage project timelines, workback schedules, logistics, and delivery milestones

  • Oversee multiple concurrent events across EMEA markets and audience segments

  • Ensure high-quality attendee experiences across all event touchpoints

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with agencies, production vendors, venues, and third-party event organisers

  • Support sourcing, briefing, negotiation, and management of external partners

  • Maintain alignment between internal stakeholders and external delivery teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative, and GTM teams

  • Align event activity with wider regional marketing and business objectives

  • Support integrated campaign planning surrounding event activations

Event Operations & Administration

  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and budget tracking

  • Maintain reporting documentation and stakeholder updates

  • Ensure operational accuracy across event planning processes

Measurement & Reporting

  • Measure event performance and ROI against business objectives

  • Deliver post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements

  • Track attendee engagement and programme effectiveness

Event Innovation & Strategy

  • Contribute ideas for new event concepts, formats, and audience experiences

  • Support continuous improvement across event processes and delivery standards

  • Maintain consistency and creativity across regional event programmes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning and executing roadshows and/or user conferences of 500+ attendees

  • Experience marketing to audiences in UK, France and/or Germany; fluency in French or German is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-border teams

  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions and hitting targets

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in high-growth technology or payments industry
