With year-on-year organic growth of 10% we are seeking to strengthen the existing Driver Teams based at our Northern Ireland Depots. It is our goal to continually provide and maintain the highest possible standards within our industry for others to follow.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic and conscientious HGV Drivers to join our existing driver teams. Reporting to the planning manager you will be responsible for the delivery of our customers goods in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Our extensive fleets of trucks and trailers are one of the most modern and well maintained throughout the UK & Ireland. All trucks are fitting with Kitchen packs to include fridge freezer and microwave for driver comfort and convenience.

  • Culcavy (Hillsborough) Co. Down
  • Ballymena, Co. Antrim
  • Warrenpoint, Co. Down

Available Shift Patterns (Dayshift, Nightshift & Overnights)

  • Monday to Friday
  • 4on 4off
  • Casual
  • Weekends only

Duties Include

  • Safely and efficiently deliver customers goods whilst maintaining strict delivery times.
  • Coordinating and communicating with transport planners to ensure all delivers are carried out as requested.
  • Obtain PODs for all deliveries and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks, maintenance, and safety reporting.
  • Ensure the Fleet Manager is informed of RTAs or any vehicle maintenance issues that may arise.
  • Safely strap loads as per company policy
  • Strict compliance to all driving legislation and H&S policies
  • Maintain Vehicle security at all times.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Ensure Fleet Manager is informed of RTAs or any vehicle maintenance issues that may arise.

Essential Criteria

  • LGV Cat C+E licence
  • Valid up to Date CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Geographical Knowledge of UK & Ireland
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to transport regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
