Job summary

The Waste Collection Services Manager will lead, manage and develop the Councils Waste Collection Services across the Borough, ensuring the safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery of household, commercial, recycling and bulky waste collection operations. The postholder will be responsible for driving service performance, continuous improvement, compliance with statutory and Council requirements, and the effective management of staff, resources, budgets and operational infrastructure in support of corporate and directorate objectives.Please note

  • This is a permanent, full time post, working 36 hours per week.
  • The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
