Sales Negotiator / Valuer

VANRATH is working with a well established estate agency in the Portadown area on the appointment of a Sales Negotiator / Valuer. This is a varied residential role spanning valuations and the full sales process, with strong commission on top of a competitive basic.

It will suit a motivated property professional who enjoys getting out to value, winning instructions and seeing sales through to completion. There is genuine earning potential here for someone who delivers.

• Permanent, full time
• Portadown area
• £30,000 to £45,000 basic, depending on experience
• Commission on top, plus mileage and phone

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out residential property valuations and win new instructions
• Manage sales from viewing and offer through to completion
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Conduct viewings and follow up leads promptly
• Hit and exceed sales and commission targets
• Keep activity and records accurate across the office

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience within residential estate agency, ideally across both valuations and sales
• Track record of winning instructions and closing sales
• Confident, target driven and customer focused
• Good local market knowledge an advantage
• Full driving licence
