Head of Product Development – Sustainable Sleep Furniture

Naturalmat seeks a Head of Product to shape the strategy and drive the development of our handmade beds and mattresses. You will work hands-on in the workshop and at a strategic level, guiding range development, sustainability credentials, and supplier relationships.

You will line-manage the Product Development & Buying Manager, balance a tight, high-quality range with growth, and partner with marketing to launch new products efficiently. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.
