David Lewis is seeking a Head of Recruitment and Workforce Planning to lead recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning across the charity. Hybrid working options are available in Alderley Edge.

You will join the Senior Management Team and own the function end-to-end with a salary of £57,000 per annum. You will report to the Director of People & Culture, shape workforce strategy, build talent pipelines for critical roles, drive analytics and ensure safer recruitment and compliance
