Part-Time Head of Year: Pastoral & Student Wellbeing Lead

Flourish Education is seeking a Head of Year for a secondary school in Kings Heath on a part-time basis (3 days/week) with a view to temp‑to‑perm. The role focuses on student wellbeing, personal development and welfare, requiring strong pastoral leadership and excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate will build relationships with students, parents and staff, monitor attendance and ensure positive conduct, with UCAS support and team collaboration as core duties.
