Lucy & Yak is seeking an Assistant Manager in Newcastle to support the Store Manager and drive a welcoming, brand-aligned shopping experience. You will train and motivate a team, co-create vibrant in-store events, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will lead the team to exceed KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and engage with customers both in-store and online to grow the Lucy & Yak community.
