Cinema Experience Leader – Costa Coffee & Guest Service

ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager in Warrington to lead a frontline team and ensure superb guest experiences across cinema and Costa Coffee operations.

You’ll train and develop staff, oversee safety and service standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment. Training starts at £13.71 per hour, rising to £15.55 per hour once fully trained.
