Deputy Store Manager — Lead Team, KPIs & Customer Service

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the Carlisle area. You will help run the store on shifts when the Store Manager isn’t present, lead the team, manage deliveries and KPI monitoring, and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
