PFAS (Personal Functional Assessment Services) is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to foster a robust quality and customer-focused culture across remote sites with occasional travel. You will drive quality improvements, monitor performance indicators, and ensure regulatory alignment with GMC, NMC and HCPC standards alongside team leadership.
You will manage CPD/CME, oversee complaints, and coordinate engagement across PFAS to uphold clinical quality and productivity.
