Clinical Lead Nurse – Care Home Leadership

Alor Healthcare’s Hillside Lodge Care Home in Berwick-upon-Tweed is seeking a Clinical Lead RN to provide day-to-day clinical leadership.

You will oversee medication management, care planning and maintain high standards of safe, person-centered care, mentoring staff and coordinating with the Home Manager.

This role is a part-time contract (33 hours/week) with paid DBS, pension, uniform and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
