Job Description:
Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) invites applications for a Community CNS with Non-Medical Prescriber and Mental Health Nursing qualifications. The post focuses on working with CYP and their families to promote recovery and reduce inpatient admissions, in the community across Norfolk and Suffolk.
You will work alongside core community teams, provide consultation, prescribe and review medications, and contribute to assessments and MDTs.
