Job Description:
Optio seeks a Junior Lawyer to support day-to-day legal matters across the Group, with focus on NDA administration, contract drafting and document control. The role will involve assisting with M&A activity and insurance-related contracts, developing expertise over time.
The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–2 years PQE, capable of working across multiple jurisdictions and collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Underwriting and Finance teams.
