Job Description:
Gerrell & Hard is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to own reliability activities for advanced high-temperature electronic systems. Based in Milton Keynes or Great Yarmouth, with hybrid working and occasional travel, you will lead reliability testing, failure analysis and design-for-reliability efforts across engineering teams.
You will work on products for demanding sectors, applying Arrhenius and Weibull analyses, and driving improvements through DFMEA, FMEA and reliability data
